IRVINE, CA — Have you visited Andrei's Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails of Irvine? The new summer menu has just been released with lunch and dinner menu items, as well as desserts, that will leave you with that summer feeling.

Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails, a popular modern eatery in Irvine boasts Mediterranean flavors and locally-sourced ingredients, launched a new menu to celebrate the start of summer.

"Executive Chef Porfirio Gomez utilizes the season’s freshest produce to create new lunch and dinner dishes, as well as a new dessert," a restaurant spokesperson said.

The new menu items include Eggplant Caponata made with zucchini noodles, summer vegetable crudité, eggplant and Sonoma Balsamic Reduction.

A Wild-Caught Lingcod made with Red Miso-glazed Pacific Lingcod, steamed Basmati Rice, spinach, and bell pepper chutney.

Looking for signature cocktails? Joining the current lineup of specialty cocktails is the Back in Black Snow Cone, made with Ketel Vodka, Blackberry Purée and X-Rated Liqueur, which is the adult version of our favorite summertime treat.
