Downtown Disney, Buena Vista Street Closes Dining Amid New Orders
Downtown Disney District and Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure adjust to match state health and safety measures amid covid.

ANAHEIM, CA — Though it still looks a lot like Christmas at Downtown Disney and Disney California Adventure's Buena Vista Street, some changes are being made, according to the Disneyland Resort.
Like the rest of southern California, a shelter at home order is in place due to a rise in coronavirus cases and shrinking ICU beds for the sick.
With that, all non-essential businesses are changing the way they operate. At Disneyland Resort, that translates to no more outdoor dining for at least three weeks, as restaurants will give you purchased food in to-go containers. Shopping is limited to 20 percent capacity.

Disney Vacation Club guests who planned to stay at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa will need to change their arrival dates.
The Villas at the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will remain closed until further notice.
Similarly, guests who have planned reservations to dine at Carthay Circle, Award Wieners, Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Cafe, and the like will find those reservations now canceled. No cancelation fees, in either case, will be applied.
