ANAHEIM, CA — It was just over one year ago when Disneyland rolled out the new land, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Patch toured the Astromech Droid Depot and was on hand to watch droids being built by some notable stars who were every bit as starstruck with Galaxy's Edge as we were.
Disney has a special treat for those of you who have brought droids home from the Galaxy's Edge Droid Depot: A new way to interact with your droid at home.
The out-of-this-world app, available for free download on the App Store and Google Play, brings your BB-series or R-series Astromech droid unit from Droid Depot at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge to life for a galactic experience at home, according to a park spokesperson.
