Lake Forest just gained a great place for kids to play - 10,000 square feet of childlike wonder located in the Home Depot shopping center near Foothill Ranch. The grand opening was this past Saturday. Owner Mr. Elmishad gave Mayor Pro Tem Basile and her two kids a tour, and I went along for the ride. Check out the pictures.
There were many things I liked about this place, and given that I take my 4 year old grand daughter to many kid activities I've seen a lot of the other venues. Here are my favorites
- a vertical maze where you can get lost forever.
- a ball machine that suspends balls in mid air
- great tasting smoothies (try the Caribbean)
- a live interactive game space
- a room for sand shaping
- Breakout rooms where you can host parties
I also like the pricing. Adults go free. I really hate it when I have to pay for myself just so my grand daughter can play. And they have special prices for kids with special needs. And you can come and go during the day without having to pay extra.

Many of the activities are free, but some require the purchase of a play card. I was there for 2 hours with my grand daughter and we spent $5 on paid games.
This new kid attraction is a welcome addition to Lake Forest. To check it out for yourself, go to their website - Click Here.
