Lake Forest High School Football Update

LAKE FOREST, CA — The El Toro Chargers High School Football team is rearing to go for another week preparing to play at Saddleback Valley Christian on Friday, Sept. 22 at 7 p.m. in a non-conference game. Last week, the Chargers matched up against Tesoro High School with a 34-29 win.

How are the Chargers doing so far? The boys are 2 and 2 to start the year, and are ranked nationally at #1,882, and 159th in California according to MaxPreps.

Lake Forest residents in the Wind Rows and Foothill Ranch area also attend school at the Trabuco Hills High School campus, and the Mustangs have gone 2 and 2 this preseason. Coached by John Abdelnour, Trabuco Hills Mustangs have started the season with 2 and 2, on their national rank of #3485, and a state of California ranking of #251. Their next game at Capistrano Valley High School Friday, Sept. 22 at 7 p.m.
