Compete Sports Performance and Rehab has moved to a larger facility in Lake Forest

Compete Sports Performance and Rehab’s owner, Chris Phillips recently announced that the training center had moved to 26242 Dimension Drive, suite 150 in Lake Forest.

The new facility is right next door to the original one. Compete’s facility is now over 3000 square feet and offers Sports Performance Training, Adult Fitness and Personal Training, Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab.

Compete is owned, by Chris Phillips, a certified Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 20 years experience in pro sports including being the Head Athletic Trainer for the then Mighty Ducks of Anaheim from 1999-2005 which included the 2003 Stanley Cup Finals.
