School Restarts In Lake Forest Saddleback Unified School District

LAKE FOREST, CA — Parents, how is your distance learning going? Saddleback Valley Unified School District went back to school on Aug. 17 for the 2020-21 academic year.

With that, parents and students have faced tech support issues, boredom, as teachers struggle to engage young minds amid the new normal.

All public school districts in Orange County are returning to campus with a distance learning model, until such time as the state reopens an in-class opportunity.

Keep an eye out for these important dates in your school calendar, throughout the year.

Labor Day is Sept. 7, and Veteran's Day is Nov. 11. Winter recess will begin Dec. 21 through Jan. 1, 2021.
