Signature Pear Cocktail Tastes Like Fall At Bistango, Irvine

Bistango tantalizes the senses with the hand-crafted fall flavored Autumn Pear cocktail.

IRVINE, CA — Fall is in the air! and a newly inspired cocktail from Bistango, Irvine, has captured all of the deliciousness of the season.

Creator Monica Frukacz, a longtime mixologist at Bistango, created the tart, sweet concoction to be paired with Chef Javier's Balsamic Pear Prosciutto pizza.

"It combines the taste of natural, warm taste of pear, herbal notes from chartreuse and a touch of balsamic syrup for the pleasant taste of fall," Frukacz says of her creation.

Ingredients:
  • Pear Vodka (Bistango uses Wild Roots Pear-Infused Vodka because it’s all natural with no artificial sweeteners or flavorings)
  • Chartreuse Green
  • Balsamic Reduction
  • Garnish with maraschino cherry and thinly sliced pears (or green apples work too!)

Of course, in Orange County, there is no better place to celebrate fall than outdoors. Bistango's promises live music Wednesday through Saturday, and lunch Monday through Friday, "fountain-side."
