Gusty winds were expected to blow between 20 and 30 miles per hour later in the day, and a wind advisory will remain in effect until 10 p.m. Tuesday.

While wind is one ingredient in fire danger, firefighters are not immediately increasing deployments, according to official reports as the fuel moisture is "just too wet," due to recent rains.
