Whether it's whipped cream for the pies of that jar of obligatory cranberry sauce, plenty of grocery stores will be open across Orange County area for your last-minute shopping needs. Here are the hours for grocery stores that will be open on Thanksgiving Day, and what will stay closed.

- Ralphs: 24871 Del Prado Ave.: Holiday Hours: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Gelson's Market: 24 Monarch Bay Plaza: Holiday Hours: 6 a.m to 4:30 p.m.
- Ralphs: 32555 Golden Lantern St: Holiday Hours: 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Trader Joes: 32351 Golden Lantern: CLOSED
- Trader Joes: 24231 Avenida De La Carlota, Laguna Niguel: CLOSED
Government offices in Orange County shut their doors Thursday in celebration of Thanksgiving Day. There was no U.S. Mail delivery or trash service.
