Disney Imagineers have completely transformed the former Bugs Land property. It is unrecognizable from the cartoonish world, though we think Flick would be happy at what Ant Man and The Wasp have cooked up for you in its place. And that's not all. Around every turn, you'll become immersed inside the Marvel universe at a point in time that is "here and now," Disney Imagineers tell us, thanks to a little help from Dr. Strange.

According to Imagineer Scott Drake, the great minds behind the project had a blank sheet of paper and 23 epic films from which to draw inspiration in the design and planning of the Avengers Campus. They are completely changing the way stories are told onscreen and off, as the land is now the inspiration for some of what you'll on Disney+ with the advent of "Loki," who arrives on the small screen Wednesday. But, we're getting ahead of ourselves.

Avengers and their allies—Iron Man, Black Panther, Black Widow, Dr. Strange, the Dora Milaje, and more—are on hand for the much-awaited grand opening.

When you set foot on the campus, be sure to join in on the fun when interacting with characters. You could learn how to become a Wakanda Warrior and be strong, courageous and compassionate, or be recruited by Dr. Strange in the mystic arts.

"This is a massive assembly of heroes," the Executive Creative Director, Disneyland Resort Dan Fields says. "There is epic action that takes place at the Avengers Headquarters."

And he's right. From the Avengers Headquarters to the Stark Automotive Industries building, you never know who you'll see or run into while visiting the campus.

At the Webslingers ride, comparable to Toy Story Midway Mania, don't just meet Spider-Man, this is your chance to BE Spider-Man. Help him sling webs and save the day while racking up points, then check out some of the newest gadgets to help fans get into the action on board the attraction!

The ride has no jarring action like Star Tours, and with seating for 4 per individual car, a family can win the high score after learning a trick or two—and possibly after purchasing additional Stark technology at an on-campus store.

The food, the ambiance, the lights, and Disney magic will take you by surprise as you set foot on the Avengers Campus.

Michele Gendreau, Food and Beverage Director for Disneyland Resort discussed the story tied within the menu options throughout the land, bringing the entire Avengers world to life.

The F&B division played with the idea of shrinking your problems and growing your solutions, Gendreau says. Inside Pym Test Kitchen, food scientists utilize Ant-Man and The Wasp's shrinking and growing technology to serve up perfectly sized snacks. Special drinks and snacks at the Pym Tasting Lab are sure to become your new favorite hangout spot.

Visit to taste a Regulator (a tequila drink) or a Honey Buzz (a honey/gin concoction). Also, flipping the universe on its ear, check out the reverse full beer for the microbrews.

Remember! keep an eye on the Avengers Headquarters. You never know who you're going to see while you're there.
