Woman Rescued from Hiking Trail: Police
A woman who hurt her ankle on a trail in the Anaheim Hills area Tuesday was rescued and taken to an area hospital, authorities said.

ANAHEIM HILLS, CA - A woman who hurt her ankle on a trail in the Anaheim Hills area Tuesday was rescued and taken to an area hospital.
The woman got stranded on Hidden Trail in the Serrano and Weir Canyon area about 8:45 a.m., according to Anaheim police Sgt. Daron Wyatt.
Rescue workers hiked about a mile into the canyon and helped get the unidentified woman into a helicopter, which airlifted her to an area hospital, Wyatt said.
