133-Unit Apartment Complex in La Mesa Sells for $20M

Silver Oaks apartment complex at 7400 Parkway Drive in La Mesa recently sold for $20 million. 

The 133-unit apartment was built in 976 and sits on 6.14 acres, according to The Daily Transcript. It consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

The buyer was Silver Oak Apartments Venture LLC, c/o Rory Gardner and Grant Geisen, Pacific Urban Residential LLC, according to the report, and the seller was Silver Oak Associates Ltd.
