28 Dog Tricks In 1 Minute Is New Guinness World Record: Watch
Wish and Halo, two border collies, performed 28 tricks in one minute with their trainer in El Cajon.
EL CAJON, CA — The Guinness Book of World Records is thick, with both predictable and unthinkable accomplishments listed. The distinction are often badges of honor for humans and animals alike.
Among the latest records set is for the number of tricks performed by two dogs in one minute. Wish and Halo, two border collies, hit the mark last month with their trainer, Emily Larlham, in El Cajon.
The fast-paced pair performed 28 dog tricks in one minute, video of the achievement shows. Wish also broke the record for fastest 5-meter crawl by a dog, performing it in 2.175 seconds.

The new records were announced by Guinness last Thursday, according to CNN.

Larlham uses positive reinforcement training to teach her dogs. She runs the San Diego-based Dogmantics Dog Training.
"Progressive reinforcement training is a way to teach and modify behavior that doesn’t involve any forms of intentional physical or psychological intimidation," Larlham wrote on her training business website. "This way of teaching furthers an evolutionary progress toward a more compassionate relationship between humans and animals."
