La Mesa Police and Helicopter Search for Robbery Suspects; 1 May Be Carrying Handgun

The La Mesa Police Department and a helicopter are currently looking for a robbery suspect in the 4200 block of Spring Street, the city said in a statement released at 1:16 p.m.

1st Robbery suspect described as a black male, mid 20's, 5'6, wearing dark gray hooded sweatshirt with horizontal white stripes across the front. Subject has a skateboard and possibly armed with a dark colored beretta handgun.

2nd Robbery suspect described as a black male, mid 20's, 5'11, thin build, dark hooded sweatshirt, dark colored tank top, dark colored pants. Subject has a skateboard.
