Prior to Tree Trimming Death, Safety Violations Made by Real Estate Company, Court Docs Claim

Several safety violations were made by Three Frog Real Estate of La Mesa ahead of the death of a man trimming trees last month, court documents obtained by 10News said.

Joshua Pudsey of Lakeside died after being hit by a tree branch Nov. 12 at a home in the 4400 block of Date Avenue.

A CalOSHA investigation into the incident has not yet been completed, an employee at the state agency’s San Diego office told La Mesa Patch.
