LA MESA, CA – A multi-vehicle pileup has backed up traffic on Interstate 8 in La Mesa.
The collision, which involves several vehicles, happened on westbound I-8 at state Route 125, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash was reported at 5:22 p.m.
