City Council Wants More Info About Terraces of Lafayette
The council postponed deciding about an appeal until the end of May.

At a special meeting Monday night, the Lafayette City Council asked both city planners and developers to provide more information about a proposal to put 315 luxury apartments on a hillside near Acalanes High School.
The meeting agenda called for the council to consider an appeal of planning department approval of an environmental impact report for the Terraces of Lafayette. The council took no action on the appeal and continued the hearing until May 29. The council wants the developer to provide a three-dimensional representation of the site in order to better visualize how the project would change the topography of the area.
