Developer is paying 97% of "Yes on L" costs

Lafayette citizens, be aware of who's behind this measure

"Yes on L reported $21,875 in monetary contributions and $40,718.27 in nonmonetary
contributions
for a total of $62,593.27 for the period from Jan. 1 to April 21. That
compares with Save Lafayette monetary contributions of $6,400.Dennis
O’Brien and the O’Brien Land Company of Menlo Park, the developers of
the proposed 44-home project in the Deer Hill area of Lafayette, is
listed as giving $20,000 to the Yes on L campaign on March 22, according
to the statements. In addition, Dennis O’Brien and the O’Brien Land
Company made nonmonetary contributions of $26,096.77 on March 19 for
polling and consulting work and $14,621.50 on April 1 for legal and
consulting work."
This means that the $60,717 from the developer represents 97% of the expenditures Yes on L has reported ($62,593).
