Nearly 200 demonstrators gathered at the corner of Harrison St. and Grand Ave. in Oakland on Saturday, June 30, to voice opposition to the Trump Administration's policy of separating hundreds of children from families detained as they attempted to cross the U.S.-Mexican border in recent weeks. The streets were temporarily shut down as demonstrators blocked the intersection for approximately 15 minutes.
