Halloween Harvest Festival Comes to Moraga
The Halloween Harvest Festival takes place Sunday, October 30 at the Moraga Certified Farmers' Market.

The Halloween Harvest Festival takes place Sunday, October 30th at the Moraga Certified Farmers’ Market. Festivities include a kid’s costume contest and parade at 11:00am. Prizes will be given for the best and most creative costumes. Family fun also includes a “Guess the Weight of the GIANT Pumpkin with a $50 prize , face-painting, and mini-pumpkin decorating!
Moraga Certified Farmers’ Market in Moraga Center is year round and held every Sunday, from 9am to 1pm at Moraga Rd. & Moraga Way. Family farmers bring local produce and heirloom variety fruits and vegetables that they grow themselves. Specialties of the season include tree-ripened Gala, Jonagold, and Fuji apples, pomegranates, Bartlett pears, Fuyu persimmons, Valencia oranges, cabbages, eggplants, yams, sweet potatoes, Butternut squash, heirloom vine-ripened tomatoes, organic and Asian vegetables, sunflowers, dahlias, baked breads, ocean fresh fish and more direct from California certified growers and gourmet food purveyors.

The Moraga Certified Farmers’ Market is a location approved by the County Agricultural Commissioner where farmers offer for sale only those fruits and vegetables they grow themselves.
