Hit-And-Run Crash Near Highway 24 Prompts Search

LAMORINDA, CA — Lafayette Police combed the area of highway 24 & and Old Tunnel and Condit roads late Wednesday afternoon for a suspects from a hit-and-run crash that happened near Highway 24.

Two individuals were detained, but a third person was still at large around 4:30 p.m. Police indicated they had cleared the scene shortly after 5 p.m., but did not say whether the third suspect had been apprehended, just that "No other crime has occurred."
