Lafayette Police Recover 2 Stolen Vehicles

Police logs also show one new stolen vehicle.

LAMORINDA, CA — Two stolen vehicles were recovered in Lafayette on March 1, according to logs released by the police department.

One of the vehicles was recovered on Highway 24, while the other was in the vicinity of Blackwood Lane and Mt. Diablo Boulevard.

But while those vehicles were recovered another was reported stolen the same day on Marlene Drive.

There were also four auto burglaries reported to police — in the 600 block of Augustine Lane and the 1600 block of Springbrook Road on March 1, the 700 block of Glenside Drive on March 2, and in the area of Reliez Station Road and Olympic Boulevard on March 4.

The police logs cover Feb. 28 to March 6.
