Memorial Services for 20-Year-Old Vaibhev Loomba

A 20-year-old Antioch man will be remembered at a memorial service on Saturday at 10 a.m. in Walnut Creek. Vaibhev Loomba, a student at University of California Davis, was found dead at the Zeta Psi fraternity house near the University of California at Berkeley campus early Sunday morning. The cause of Loomba’s death has not yet been released.

According to Loomba’s Facebook page he lived in Lafayette. Since news of his death, hundreds of grieving friends have posted condolences and photos on the “In Loving Memory of Vaibhev Loomba” Facebook page.

The service will be held at the Mt. Diablo Unitarian Universalist Church located at 55 Eckley Lane in Walnut Creek. Those attending are asked to wear white instead of black.
