The outage lasted about an hour and a half.
MORAGA, CA — Pacific Gas & Electric is reporting that power has been restored to 1,437 customers in Lamorinda.
The outage started at 10:03 a.m. and was fixed at 11:37.
A heavy storm was moving through the area at the time of the outage.
