Today is the Day: Take Your Shots, Lafayette

If you could take a series of photographs that best illustrated Lafayette, what would they be? Where would they be? 

Today is the day to do just that. It's 'Day in the Life of Lafayette' day, where residents are asked to shoot a series of illustrative photos and submit them for display. 

Take these photos any time between now and midnight. Choose a photo and submit it to the City Offices during the month of July. The Lafayette Public Art Committee will review the entries and select finalists to be displayed at the Library Gallery and on the City’s website. 

Everyone is invited to turn in their photos. So don't be shy; take as many photos as you can, and send the best ones to www.lovelafayette.org. And while you're at it, share them with Lamorinda Patch. We'd love to see what you see.
