3 Caught In Stolen Car, Arrested In Marin County: Police
Victor Miranda, 29, of Pittsburg, Michelle Rivas, 24, of Benicia, and Marissa Serafino, 43, of Larkspur, were arrested on various charges.

LARKSPUR, CA — Three people were arrested over the weekend in Larkspur after being caught riding in a stolen car, according to the Central Marin Police Authority.
A woman sitting in a parked car outside a Larkspur gym called police Saturday evening when three people tried to get in her vehicle, police said. The caller said the suspects were unsuccessful and they drove away in a silver Toyota Prius.
Officers found the car pulling into a driveway in a nearby neighborhood. They arrested the driver, Victor Miranda, 29, of Pittsburg on suspicion of driving a stolen vehicle, providing false information and possessing drug paraphernalia. Police said Miranda is a convicted felon.

Officers determined the Prius was reported stolen and the license plate was stolen from another vehicle. The two passengers were also arrested.
Michelle Rivas, 24, of Benicia was arrested on two outstanding warrants and on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Marissa Serafino, 43, of Larkspur was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a gun, carrying a loaded gun, possessing a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia.
All three suspects were booked into Marin County Jail.
