Daily Planner: Take A New Look At Old 'Junk'
Enjoy Tim Weldon's unique artwork; Rock on with The Beatles.
Here are some of the highlights happening around the Larkspur and Corte Madera Twin Cities area July 30-31.
The unusual and intrguing artwork in the main window of Gallery Bergelli on Magnolia Avenue is certainly enough to make passers-by stop and take a look. Why not take a closer look at Tim Weldon's paintings and mixed media artwork in the exhibition "Duende: Junkyard Melodies?"
The Marin County artist finds inspiration in what some people might call junk, giving the items new use and new life. He adds color by painting on old cookie sheets, camera lenses and signs and works with sound and light.
