Notice Of Public Hearing Urban Water Management Plan And Water Shortage Contingency Plan In Town Of Corte Madera

The Urban Water Management Planning Act (California Water Code 10608-10656) requires the Marin Municipal Water District (District) to update its Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and associated Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) every 5 years. The District must also make the draft documents available for public review and hold a public hearing before adopting its UWMP and associated WSCP.

Marin Municipal Water District would like you to be aware that is will hold a public hearing on June 15, 2021 at or after 7:30PM to consider proposed revisions and updates to the 2020 UWMP and associated WSCP.
