Public Meeting About Revised Town Hall Project On June 15 In Town Of Corte Madera
An approved design will allow the Town Hall project to proceed with engineering plans and specifications.

On Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 6:30pm via video conference, the Corte Madera Town Council will hold a public meeting to discuss the revised design of the office/permitting center wing of the Town Hall project and consider approving the addendum to the mitigated negative declaration for the Town Hall Project. Following the direction given by the Town Council at its May 4, 2021 public meeting, staff presented a new roof design and modified building footprint for the office/permitting center wing to the Planning Commission at its May 27, 2021 public meeting.

Based on feedback provided regarding the design of the southern-facing roof staff and the project architect will present the final recommended design to the Town Council and the community at this meeting. An approved design will allow the Town Hall project to proceed with engineering plans and specifications.
