The Marin County Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) was notified June 1, 2021 that the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is moving the county from “moderate risk” to a more open “minimal risk” based on steadily reduced case rates. The CDPH’s announcement is online. Marin had been in the orange tier since March 24, 2021.
