Fewer Homes, Higher Prices In Tri-Valley In January
Higher prices and limited choice made for a slow month in the Tri-Valley.
TRI-VALLEY, CA — January was a slower month for Tri-Valley real estate, The Bay East Association of Realtors reported. Limited choice and higher prices had a chilling effect on sales.
Fewer homes were for sale and prices were generally unchanged due to the low market activity. Danville saw 57 homes for sale, Dublin had 24, Livermore had 22 and San Ramon had 25 on the market, the association said.
Prices were up eight percent in Livermore and six percent in Danville, but prices fell five percent in San Ramon, the association said.
