Tri-Valley Home Sales Pick Up Again
Homes continued to get listed during the shelter-in-place order, but sales activity picked up during June, realtors say.
TRI-VALLEY, CA — Tri-Valley home sales picked up in June after a volatile few months during the pandemic, according to the Bay East Association of Realtors.
Homeowners continued to put their properties up on the market, but fewer buyers expressed interest, the association said. Tri-Valley homes spent longer on the market than others in the East Bay.
Come May and June, more buyers started snapping up homes, the association said. Sales really picked up during June.
