3 Hit With Bear Spray In Seal Beach Road Rage Scuffle: Report
A child was among the victims, according to KTLA.
SEAL BEACH, CA — Three people, including one child, were attacked by an angry driver with bear spray during a road rage incident on Pacific Coast Highway earlier this month, according to a report from KTLA.
The news outlet reports the incident stemmed from an argument between two drivers heading south on PCH. The two cars stopped, and one driver pulled out a can of bear spray, unloading it on the driver and passengers of another car.
Two adults and a child were treated for eye and skin irritation. A suspect, Marcus Kelly, was later arrested and charged with assault and battery, unlawful use of pepper spray and child endangerment, police told KTLA.
