5 Things to Know: Los Al Pep Rally, Beach Fitness Expansion

Here are five things to start off your Thursday in Los Alamitos and Seal Beach:

1. Los Alamitos High School will host a nighttime pep rally under the new stadium lights at John Barnes Field Thursday evening. Los Alamitos Principal Josh Arnold said the pep rally will celebrate the achievements of the school's many sports teams that are currently competing in the CIF playoffs and will include food trucks on site.
