The Blind Pig Adds Weekend Brunch To Yorba Linda Menu
Such dishes as Sweet Potato Pancakes, Grilled Ham Steak, Breakfast Sausage Corn Dog and Smoked Salmon Toast are part of tasty line-up.

YORBA LINDA, CA — Attention, brunch fans: There's a new hot-spot to try in Orange County.
The Blind Pig Kitchen & Bar, which opened its second location in October in Yorba Linda, now is open for weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Among the tasty fare: a Peanut Butter Banana Cinnamon Roll; Sweet Potato Pancakes; 16-ounce Grilled Ham Steak; Breakfast Sausage Corn Dog; Smoked Salmon Toast; and a Breakfast Burger served on brioche bread with egg, cheddar, bacon and garlic aioli.

And what's brunch without a breakfast cocktail? On The Blind Pig menu: House Bloody Marys; Bottomless Mimosas; Strawberry Tomato Spritz; and the Blind Pimms Cup made with housemade Pimms, ginger, lemon, cucumber and soda.
