The popular "World of Color" water show at Disney's California Adventure park will get a holiday makeover this fall.

On Nov. 15, the park plans to debut “World of Color − Winter Dreams,” an all-new version of Paradise Bay's after-dark water and animation show, in which nearly 1,200 powerful fountains create one of the world’s largest projected water screens, according to a Disney press release.

Hosted by Olaf the snowman, from the upcoming Walt Disney Pictures animated film “Frozen,” the retooled water show will combine new animation with winter scenes from “Bambi,” “Fantasia,” “Toy Story” and other Disney flicks, park officials said.

Millions of guests have seen “World of Color” since it opened in 2010 as part of a five-year expansion of California Adventure.

At neighboring Disneyland, the holiday season will include the return of “A Christmas Fantasy” parade, Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle and “Believe…in Holiday Magic” fireworks followed by a snowfall on Main Street, New Orleans Square and the It’s a Small World mall, according to the press release.

California Adventure gets its own seasonal makeover with festive and whimsical holiday décor in Cars Land, A Bug’s Land, Paradise Pier and Buena Vista Street, officials said.
