Driver Flees Scene In Norwalk Crash

NORWALK, CA — A hit-and-run driver was on the loose Saturday morning after a crash in Norwalk.

Deputies responded around 2 a.m to the intersection of Stage Road and Valley View Avenue, according to the Norwalk Sheriffs Station.

The suspect was traveling northbound on Valley View Avenue before striking a center median and slamming into a vehicle going in the opposite direction, the department said.

No injuries were reported.

A description of the suspect's vehicle was not available.
