Garden Grove Shooting Leaves One Dead, Suspect Remains At Large

GARDEN GROVE, CA —A man was found shot to death Sunday in Garden Grove, and police were searching for the shooter who reportedly fled with other suspects in a vehicle.

Shortly after noon on Sunday, police received 911 call of shots fired in the 9600 block of Westminster Boulevard. Officers arrived to find the fatally injured man in the rear yard of a residence, Garden Grove Police Department Lt. Lt. Carl Whitney stated.

Witnesses told police the suspects fled in a vehicle, however, no vehicle or suspect description was available. The motive for the shooting remains unknown as of this report.
