Stephen Aller, 75, is missing from Seal Beach. He is believed to be on foot.
SEAL BEACH, CA — A 75-year-old man was reported missing late Monday, Seal Beach reported.
Stephen Aller is 5-feet, 10-inches tall, 165 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen at 10 p.m. in Seal Beach, the police said.
