Los Alamitos Crime: Assault, Construction Site Burglary

Editor's Note: This blotter is from the Los Alamitos Weekly Crime Summary from the city Police Department for Oct. 20-26.

STOLEN VEHICLE

• 10/20/13 – 3:50PM – 5000 Katella – A report of an unauthorized taking of a vehicle which occurred overnight.

• 10/24/13 – 7:21PM – 10800 Oak – A report of a vehicle window smash with the loss of property which occurred within the past two hours.
• 10/26/13 – 12:30AM – 5000 Katella – A report of a vehicle window smash with the loss of property which occurred within the past two hours.

• 10/22/13 – 6:59AM – 3800 Katella – A report of unauthorized taking of property from a construction site. The investigation led detectives to San Diego where a large amount of stolen property was recovered. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 34 years, of Los Angeles for burglary and possession of stolen property.
• 10/24/13 – 9:55AM – 11300 Los Alamitos Blvd. – A report of unauthorized taking of property from a business which just occurred. The suspects were described as two Male Blacks who were last seen driving southbound on Los Alamitos Blvd. in a grey Chevrolet Impala. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: Male, 25 years, of Los Angeles and a Male, 39 years, of Los Angeles for commercial burglary and possession of stolen property.
  

• 10/20/13 – 6:34AM – 4200 Farquhar – A report of window pry and entry into a residence with no loss which occurred overnight.

• 10/22/13 – 8:48PM – 11100 Los Alamitos Blvd. – A report of a battery that occurred yesterday. The victim stated he was assaulted by a known suspect and sustained minor injuries. The investigation is ongoing.

• 10/22/13 – 6:12PM – 4600 Lampson – A report of unauthorized taking of property from a vehicle which occurred earlier in the day.
• 10/26/13 – 1:50PM – 4100 Cerritos – A report of unauthorized taking of property from an unlocked vehicle which occurred within the past several hours.
  

• 10/20/13 – 10:16AM – 4700 Katella – A suspicious occupied vehicle. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: Male, 23 years, of Long Beach for possession of stolen property and a Female, 22 years, of Garden Grove for possession narcotic paraphernalia.
• 10/23/13 – 1:52PM – 10900 Los Alamitos Blvd. –  A report of a suspicious person. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 37 years, of Whittier for possession of narcotic paraphernalia.
• 10/26/13 – 11:38AM – Green and Los Alamitos Blvd. – A report of an injury traffic collision with a disturbance. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 18 years, of Anaheim for obstructing/delaying a peace officer.
