Los Alamitos Crime: Robbery, Marijuana Dealer, Check Fraud

Editor's Note: This blotter is from the Los Alamitos Weekly Crime Summary from the city Police Department for Oct. 27 - Nov. 2:

STOLEN VEHICLE

• 10/28/13 – 11:35AM – 10700 Los Alamitos Blvd. – A report of an unauthorized taking of a vehicle which occurred overnight.
• 10/30/13 – 12:06AM – 3500 Howard – A report of an unauthorized taking of a vehicle which occurred within the past eight hours.
• 11/02/13 – 6:56AM – 5000 Katella – A report of an unauthorized taking of a vehicle which occurred within the past several hours.
  

• 11/01/13 – 11:49PM – 11800 Pine – A report of an assault with the loss of personal property. The victim sustained minor injuries and was treated at a nearby hospital. The suspects were described as two Male, Caucasians, 19-20 years old, 6-03/thin, one suspect was wearing a black sweatshirt and the other suspect was wearing black hoodie with the letters “CALI4NIA”.

• 10/30/13 –12:391PM – 3900 Green – A report of a vehicle door lock pry with the loss of property which occurred overnight.
• 11/01/13 – 10:36PM – 12300 Glacier – A report of a vehicle window smash with the loss of property which occurred within the past several hours.
  

• 10/29/13 – 5:32AM – 11200 Los Alamitos Blvd. – A report of window smash to a business with the loss of property which occurred overnight.
• 10/30/13 – 12:38AM – 10800 Los Alamitos Blvd. – A report of window smash to a business with the loss of property which occurred within the past five minutes.
  

• 11/01/13 – 2:05AM – Katella and Walnut – A report of a traffic collision. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 26 years, of Los Angeles for driving under the influence.
• 11/02/13 – 10:44PM – Katella and Walnut – A traffic enforcement stop. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 50 years, of Cypress for driving under the influence.
  

• 10/31/13 – 11:05AM – Los Alamitos Blvd. and Orangewood – A bicycle stop. SUSECT ARRESTED: Male, juvenile, of Cypress for possession of marijuana for sale.

• 10/28/13 – 5:51PM – 3600 Katella – A report of unauthorized taking of property from a business which occurred within the past thirty minutes.

• 10/31/13 – 3:51PM – 3500 Katella – A report of cashing a fraudulent check which occurred within the past fifteen minutes.
• 11/01/13 – 10:32AM – 3500 Katella – A report a Male subject attempting to cash a check on a closed account. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: Male, 33 years, of Hawaiian Gardens for burglary, possession of a fraudulent check and possession of counterfeit currency and a Male, 34 years, of Monrovia for possession of counterfeit currency.
