LOS ALAMITOS, CA —The playing field is narrowing in the division 1 varsity playoffs for 2021.
On Tuesday, Los Alamitos High School girls varsity soccer fell to Santiago High School in the quarter-finals of the quest for CIF-SS championship, ending their chances.
Santiago won the day with a score of 2-0. They will go on to battle Harvard Westlake High School in Studio City on May 22.

Also playing in the semi-finals is Villa Park, who will play at home vs. Pacifica Garden Grove.
On Tuesday, Harvard Westlake defeated Temecula Valley High School in the quarter-finals with a score of 6-3.

Villa Park won over Upland with a score of 1-0.
Pacifica Garden Grove defeated Mater Dei Tuesday in PKs, after a 1-1 tie.
