New Chancellor Sought For North Orange Community College District
The North Orange Community College District is seeking a new chancellor while tasking a former chancellor to perform interim duties.
CYPRESS, CA — The North Orange Community College District board is extending its search for a new chancellor after rejecting two finalists for the job, it was announced Tuesday.
After interviewing two finalists for the post to oversee Cypress and Fullerton colleges, as well as the district's North Orange Continuing education program in January, the trustees decided to launch a national search for a new chancellor.
"We had two very talented candidates as finalists for the position," Board of Trustees President Barbara Dunsheath said. "But this position is critical for the success of our campuses and community, and we need to ensure that we make the right selection. So we will keep looking until we find the perfect person."
