SEAL BEACH, CA —The polls are now closed in Seal Beach. From Seal Beach City Hall to the White House, Tuesday’s election is crucial. Voters have marked their ballots for their chosen leaders, on tax measures, and proposals that will shape California for generations to come.

Now that everyone's cast their votes, the question is: So who won? What passed or failed?

Two seats were open on the Seal Beach City Council, in District 2 and District 4.

In District 2, as of 11 p.m. Tuesday, incumbent Thomas Moore was in the lead with 68.6 percent of the vote over Carole S. Damoci.

In District 4, Schelly Sustarsic ran unopposed.
