Stalled Semi Slows 405 Northbound Near Rossmoor
A stalled semi-truck has delayed traffic for Friday morning drivers in the Rossmoor area.
WESTMINSTER, CA — Traffic is heavy this morning for drivers attempting to maneuver north on the 405. California Highway Patrol reports a big rig was stuck in the #4 lane, slowing that already heavily trafficked roadway as of 9 a.m. Friday morning.
