Taco Shop Owners, Cops Seek Driver Who Slammed Into Restaurant
It was a dark and stormy night when a truck hydroplaned, skidded out of control and collided with a favored Seal Beach taco shop.

SEAL BEACH, CA — You still have a chance to turn yourself in, Seal Beach police say. Police think it's only a matter of time until a driver of a late model truck that careened into a restaurant is found. "The video is everywhere," police said over social media.
Early Wednesday morning an out-of-control car skidded out of control on Pacific Coast Highway and then slammed into a Seal Beach taco shop known as Taco Surf.
Seal Beach police, responding to an alarm from the building, noticed the extensive damage, but the driver merely fled. No note was left at the scene, and it was unknown if the driver was intoxicated. There was a video from the restaurant.

"The video shows the driver heading northbound on PCH, hydroplaning across several lanes of traffic, spinning out of control, and colliding with the building. After the collision, the driver fled the scene northbound again," police said.
Investigators believe the suspect's truck is an older model, a light grey or silver pick-up truck, with an extended cab and tinted windows.
