• Ralphs: 12470 Seal Beach Boulevard: Holiday Hours: 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Target: 12300 Seal Beach Boulevard: Holiday Hours: 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.
• Vons: 11322 Los Alamitos Boulevard: Holiday Hours: 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Government offices in Orange County shut their doors Thursday in celebration of Thanksgiving Day. There was no U.S. Mail delivery or trash service.
