Watch: Six Sea Lion Pups Released Back Into the Ocean

So long and stay healthy, Peach, Serena, Boardwalk, Ziva, Mordecai and Stephanie.

While the Pacific Marine Mammal Center in Laguna Beach has been taking in record numbers of sick sea lions from Seal Beach to San Clemente, this YouTube clip shows what the staff is always ultimately working to achieve: the day when the pinnipeds they rehabilitate are healthy enough to be released back into the big blue ocean.

This past Friday, a crew from the PMMC had one of their largest simultaneous sea lion releases ever -- six (count 'em!), a number that's clearly a reflection of the center's current population boom.

Best of luck to Peach, Serena, Boardwalk, Ziva, Mordecai and Stephanie. Stay out of trouble, kids ...
