Police Calls: Thefts, Suspicious Vehicles

The Los Altos Police log for the weekend from April 12 to 14 also shows an individual sought police help to locate a car misplaced in a downtown parking lot, and a missing person happily returned before long.

From April 12-14, there were four reports of thefts, two reports of fraud, and a burglary. Owners of barking dogs were reprimanded, and police determine kids shooting pellet guns are committing no crime.

Los Altans are always good about phoning in reports of suspicious persons or activities, just in case, including one about a suspicious person near Comerica Bank, which was robbed this month and last.
